I love that this can do both ear and forehead. Often if you have more than one child one way is easier on one while the other way is easier on another.
This is amazing! Children don’t like getting their temperature taken and regular thermometers take too long so with all of the squirming around you don’t know if you have an accurate reading. I love this!
I would love to see how accurate this is compared to a rectal temperature. As an Emergency Nurse, I have seen that environmental status can have an effect on oral vs rectal temperatures. As in if it is extremely cold out and breathing the cold are can have an impact on accuracy. Some patients even stop on there way and get something cold to drink.

Thermometers have come such a long way! I think it’s great that it”s non touch and can be taken in the ear or on the forehead. When your child is sick the last thing you want to do is wake them and this makes it easy to get their temperature whenever without worrying!
