Have you ever been given something that you want to tell the world about it? I have been given the BEST GIFT EVER! Cookina makes a line of cooking helpers that keep your pans and your oven clean. I have never been so happy or excited about a product in my kitchen.

Cookina Cuisine Reusable Baking Sheets are more than AMAZING! I say that to say, these sheets are something that I have been searching for. They go in the bottom of a pan or cookie sheet, (whatever you use in your oven), no pan spray needed. Nothing sticks to it and your pan stays clean. Sounds too good to be true, I know, but it’s not. The day I received them, I decided to make chocolate chip cookies.

Ok, for some people, making cookies is not a big deal, but to me, it is. My husband is a classically trained chef. Making something that he deems worthy is difficult. EVERY time I make cookies, they turn out burnt, stuck to the pan, over cooked, whatever. They are never perfect. Well, let me tell you!

I found my recipe, mixed it up in my big mixer, cut my Reusable Baking Sheet to size, scooped out my cookies and then baked them up. I was told that I made the perfect cookie! I wrote the date down in my calendar so I can remember it every year…I’m on cloud 9 right now.

Yes, a lot of it had to do with the recipe, but I’m convinced that these Reusable Baking Sheets are a key ingredient in the baking process. It’s as important as the eggs, flour and chocolate chip cookies.

Cookina Cuisine Reusable Baking Sheets can be used in any size pans. You’ll cut the sheet to the size of your pan, (the cookie sheet I was using, I cut the Reusable Baking Sheet exactly in half). It never needs cooking spray or oil or fat to keep your food from sticking to the pan (it’s amazing). It must be washed, but it comes with its own scouring pad to help with that. It can be used in ovens up to 550 degrees, stores flat or with the Cookina metal ring.

IF getting these Cookina Reusable Baking Sheets weren’t exciting enough, I also received Cookina Gard Oven Protectors. How many times have you cooked something inside your oven that spills over and then you spend hours (literally HOURS) cleaning your oven with nasty chemicals loaded with fumes? Those days are OVER. The Oven Protector is 100% non-stick, goes in the bottom of your stove easily and fits ANY size oven.

This is your alternative to aluminum foil to catch all those apple pie and pizza spills. I was under the assumption that this product was going to require me to measure my oven, cut holes in the protector to fit around my oven element, BUT, that wasn’t the case. Hopefully, your oven is like mine and the element will lift up (brackets and all) and the non-stick Oven Protector slides right under them. (These protectors will work with electric ovens with an element, without an element or for gas ovens.) Of course, I had to run the self-clean cycle on the oven for four and a half hours, but it’s all worth it because I won’t have to do it again.

Cookina products have proven to me that they are AMAZING! I’m telling everyone that I meet about them. I’m sure I’ll get funny looks in the grocery store when I stop total strangers and rave about their amazingness, but it’s all worth it to get the word out about these products. Did I mention that both of these products are approved by the FDA?
