The rising levels of Androgen make the oil glands under the skin to grow. Enlarged glands produce more sebum, which breaks down the cellular walls in the pores causing bacterial growth.

Accumulation of Dirt

One of the acne-causing reasons is dirt. So, makes sure you are living in a clean environment. You might have got traces of bacteria on your phone which spreads to your face when you are holding it up against your face while talking to someone. Constant breakout of acne on the sides of your skin may also be due to the use of dirty pillow covers. Additionally, make sure that you never touch your face with a dirty hand, as it tends to clog pores with dirt.

Treating acne and getting back your clear skin may seem like an impossible thing but there is always a way out. Make sure you visit a dermatologist without further delay if you see the condition of your skin getting worse. Your skin is sensitive, and acne makes it worse, so do ample research before buying or using any skin product. You would not want to make your skin condition worse.
