wow, week two on my Nutrisystem diet has come to an end. And while it’s been a crazy week I still managed to still to the program and lost another couple of pounds!
This week I discovered a couple of new Nutrisystem meals that i like.
I totally love the Nutrisystem Protein shakes! They are quick and easy and filling! I drink my shakes in the morning and the keep me satisfied for most of my morning.
This week for lunch I discovered i really like the Fudge Graham bars. Like I said last week, I’m a lazy eater, grabbing food items that are quick and easy is a big habit of mine. Nutrisystem supplied me with A LOT of bars! YAY Nutrisystem!
And this week for dinner I decided to dive into the Nutrisystem Chef’s Table™. The Chef’s Table™ Adobo Rubbed Pork is delicious!
So far, I’m pretty happy with my Nutrisystem diet. I’m not left feeling hungry at the end of the day. In fact, for me I’m eating more on the Nutrisystem plan. The difference is that I’m eating healthier now, thus able to shed some of this weight I put on due to my lazy eating habits.
