When it comes down to introducing music to your children you want to make sure the music is a good fit for your child. You want to also make sure it’s fun, entertaining, unique and most of all interactive! Well, David Weinstone has done all the above with his collaboration of songs via now app which is also available now on iOS and coming soon to Android.
David’s innovative music idea for kids went beyond just music, he took his passion for music and children and combined music with pictures inspired by the songs themselves…..now that’s creative!

While your children are enjoying a few songs, they can now also enjoy coloring along side of the music with this new app. Oh and don’t worry, the app will also provide them with a variety of tools that your kids can use to fill in the color (like the paint-pooping pigeon or the fruit-throwing monkey ) and more. Each coloring picture is unrepeatable, meaning no two pictures will look alike.

Now the new app features six albums worth of David’s amazing songs that are unavailable for purchase anywhere else.

Before you know it your kids will be singing to a few tunes and coloring at the same time!! It’s easy as one , two, three to getting started. What I love about David’s music is it’s fun, creative, interactive and not only can the kids enjoy it but us parents too can get up and boogie to it. Or the kids and I can sit back on the couch and enjoy coloring and singing along together.

Here’s a little about David’s journey:

In 1997, David was living the life of a starving artist in Manhattan’s East Village, teaching for a national music program for pre-schoolers by day and playing in a grunge rock band by night. After enduring hours of annoying kids music, and with a toddler of his own, David decided that kids needed better music, and he walked away from the grunge rock scene held his first Music for Aardvarks class.

More than a decade later, Music for Aardvarks is continuing to revolutionize children’s music. David has recorded 12 albums, written a children’s book, and Music for Aardvarks classes are held by licensee musicians all over the United States and in the UK.

Psst, if you’re looking for a great experience join a Music by Aardvarks class! I hear the class is so much fun for the kids!
