Houston Wrongful Death Attorney

As many of you already know, in 2006 I lost my baby brother to an unforeseen, unimaginable and unexpected death. In the years since, I’ve found myself researching his death, how it happened and why it happened. For me, it was about getting a much needed closure.  And while I was able to find a little closure, I also found my baby brother didn’t “have” to die. This all could have easily been avoided.

Each holiday, and every birthday that rolls around without him only serves as a constant reminder that he isn’t here and he’s never coming back. When I discovered the way and, the reason behind my brother’s death I was determined to get justice in his name one way or another. For us, we were able to file a wrongful death suit. There is nothing in this world that can bring back my brother, NOTHING, and sometimes justice isn’t in the form of prison time for those responsible. It’s an unfortunate event.

Sometimes, filing a wrongful death claim is the only way to get any type of justice.  Our family had only heard the term “wrongful death”, we really didn’t know what it meant or how to go about proving it. It was beyond our scope. We eventually hired a Wrongful death Attorney in Huston.

Here’s the thing, do your research on Huston wrongful death attorneys, find one that will listen to you, one that has compassion and most importantly one that has a proven record. Now, not all cases can be won, but if your wrongful death attorney is highly experienced than you give yourself and your case the best chance of success possible.
