Being a mother especially a first time mother, trying to get your child to drink water is a constant fight that we lose so I got smarter! My three year old daughter, Hayden Alana refused to drink water for a long time and when she didn’t refuse it was a few sips here and there. So I decided to write “Water your Body, Water the World” available on Amazon. In the book there a brother and sister who discover why water is so important for them to drink to help their bodies along with some other things water is used for such as watering the earth, brushing our teeth, and taking a bath in. It is so important for children to understand how much good water does for them and to keep them hydrated when playing. I was inspired to write this book because of my daughter and now she loves drinking water! Hopefully I can reach more parents and moms with this book and take a little stress of their hands when explaining why their child should drink water.
