The Best 3 Websites For Kids Stuck At Home This Summer

0

I totally understand… We have all been there. We have all been in that situation where we have just had it with summer. Yes it’s really nice and I love not having to go to school, BUT after a couple of months of doing NOTHING, I am just dead. Okay maybe that’s a bit much, but its true sometimes! I really can’t stand how boring summer gets for kids. Thankfully back when I was a kid, they had some pretty amazing cartoons to watch. Now days the cartoons are so strange and focused on other random things. Either way, the Internet is here and now we have no reason to fear! That was actually an accidental rhyme. Here are some of the ways I got through summer on the Internet without dying of boredom!

Memebase

So memes actually didn’t used to be that big. There was 9gag, then there was reddit and others followed. I think the first was 4chan. Anyway, the point is… regardless of why or where teenagers were learning about things… This is how it was happening. Through the Internet! Yes word of mouth is a big deal, but if it isn’t talked about on the internet, it wouldn’t be spread as fast as you think it will. I love memebase for this reason. I see memes on their way before I see them catch on to other sites. I hate to be all hipster about it, but that’s just the way it is. Memebase always has it first!

StumbleUpon

This is probably going to kill your life. Okay again, that’s a bit drastic but it really does gets nuts some of the stuff that’s out there on the internet. The internet by itself has so many sites that Google themselves implied that they stopped counting in like 2008. That was almost 5 years ago! Imagine how any domains there are out there! Thankfully, StumbleUpon helps out quite a bit. Its almost like Pandora but works for websites. It’s amazing! Make an account and check it out!
