Bertolli Olive Oils are amazing. We’ve been using this brand for a while. Olive Oil is so much better for you than Vegetable Oil, so this is what my family uses. We love the way it tastes. It gives the food a great taste. Sarah, my 17 year old, cooks for us all the time, and will only use Bertolli. If something else were in the house, she would refuse to cook.
There are new Bertolli Olive Oil Sprays. We use these in our baking pans, on our grills, and there is no buttery, or negative taste to the food. It still comes out perfectly baked, or grilled, every time. These oils are propellant free, and pure 100% Olive Oil. This is great to add to any grilling time. We will be using this long into the future.
There is also Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is great in your cakes that call for Vegetable oil. I always use Olive Oil, seriously, in everything. It gives a better healthier taste to your food. In cakes, I always add a little extra Olive Oil, to give a more moist taste.
Then there is the Vinegar line. I use these on every salad I make. They are delicious tasting, and not at all bitter. My family has always used Red Wine Vinegar, so when Bertolli introduced it, I jumped to buy it, for my family to try. Balsamic Vinegar is a new favorite of mine, and with Bertolli making it, will continue to be the favorite of this line.
