Wide-Eyed Owl Backpack

My niece is starting Fifth Grade. It feels like just yesterday she was starting Kindergarten. Oh how time flies! While she is no longer into the “kid character” book bags she isn’t ready to go with a basic plain book bag either. She loves STYLE and as she put it her book bag must match her personality.

My friends over at Fair Trade Designs sent us a BEAUTIFUL Wide-Eyed Owl Backpack to review. My niece fell in love with it right away and could not be more happy with it. The backpack is extremely colorful and very well made. It will definitely last her beyond this school year and more. The back pack has beautiful Hand-embroidered fabric is that used for traditional clothing by the Hmongs. The straps are adjustable so it will grow with her. The back pack is approximately 12″ wide, 8.5″ deep and 15″ high.

The backpack has 2 full-length and full-width zippered sections that can hold all of her books, binders and more. There is a smaller zippered section on the front perfect for her pens and pencils.  There are 2 exterior pockets for a water bottle or anything else she might want to carry with her.
