What Is Belgian Waffle?
Derived from Belgium, waffles are similar to pancakes in that they both use the same ingredients. Although, the big difference is the cooking method. You will use a waffle maker iron for waffles, and you can use a pan for pancakes. This Belgian Waffle is similar to other waffles; the only difference is the pocket carved by the waffle iron maker. Traditionally it was made of yeast, but in today’s generation, we use baking powder to keep the waffle light.

Reheating Belgian Waffles
If you had leftover Belgian waffles from yesterday and you still want to achieve the crispiness that they had yesterday, be sure that you refrigerate the waffle, or you can freeze them in a freezer. To keep it crisp, reheat it in the oven instead of in the microwave at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, and with that, you can enjoy your Belgian waffles with their crispiness.
