I have insomnia.  I’ve had it for years.  I guess if I lived totally on my own, it wouldn’t matter so much, but I live in a world surrounded by other people, so it is often a necessity, to mold myself into the routines of others.   One of the absolute worse things for an insomniac, is to have to lay in a bed a try to go to sleep.  Our minds never really “shut off”, and the longer we toss and turn, the more agitated we become. The Dreampad PIllow is amazing! Technology never ceases to amaze me. 

I have to be honest – I was skeptical. The day that it arrived, I showed it to my husband and asked him if he was willing to give it a try.  He said sure, opened our box of goodies and read all the literature.  (By-the-way, we received a Dreampad and Dreampad Mini). 

I anxiously awaited for bedtime (which doesn’t happen often), as I was really curious as to how this was going to work.  At the zero hour, I climbed in next to my husband he turned on the music.  We didn’t hear a thing.  He laid his head down on the pillow and said “WOW – this really works”.  I on the other had heard NOTHING.  Oh sweet bliss! Not a blessed sound.

The first night he listed to his own music.
