With warmer weather upon us and frigid temperatures now behind us, it’s time to pack up those heavy boots and break out those sneakers and sandals— even for the little ones in your life.
Ahh, I can see it now, my 20 month old grandson running through the grass, climbing his new slide and having lunch on his little toddler picnic bench. Spring and Summer are my absolute favorite seasons in the year because I love the outdoors, and I think I’ve passed on that love to little Emory. He really enjoys it too!
In order to really take in all that nature has to offer it’s a good idea to arm Emory with some quality toddler shoes before he steps out in the yard. Because Emory will be doing a lot of active playing outdoors I wanted to fit him with a great pair of sneakers and fell in love with the Hess II. They’re quite stylish with their red canvas upper and flexible rubber soles. The inner red and blue striping gives them a classic look which I love.
Plus, a few features that really make the Hess II perfect for Emory are the velcro straps and pull tabs on the backs which help tremendously when we’re trying to put Em’s shoes on. He can be a bit of a fidget but the Hess II sneakers make this task much simpler.
The Hess II also come with rubber toe caps, padded collars and tongues, and removable cushioned insoles for added comfort and durability. Absolutely perfect!
For even warmer temperatures I chose the Bryant Runners in Black. Although my hubby isn’t big on men or boys wearing sandals I wanted to keep Emory’s little feet cool in summer without sacrificing comfort and safety.
The Bryant Runners are sporty looking sandals with dual adjustable hook and look closures that make even these toddler shoes a breeze to put on and take off. Their padded collars not only ensure a great fit but keep your little ones feet and ankles comfortable even with extended wear. The blue flexible rubber outsoles are great for growing and developing feet.

I’m quite impressed with the quality of Emory’s new toddler shoes from See Kai Run. So much so that this kids shoe retailer will be our go-to store for his new shoes in the future!
