A new product called Genesis can help keep your wine preserved from 5-60 days after opening. Depending on the type of wine you are trying to preserve will determine how long your wine will preserve in a in a fridge. Your Still wine can stay fresh up to 60 days while your Sparkling wine may only stay fresh for up to 5 days. The Genesis machine has a unique cork design called the Intellicork which you replace the original cork with the Intellicork to seal in the freshness of the wine with the Genesis. The intellicork is designed to create a gas and vacuum preservation when sealed to get the most out of preserving.
A few interesting facts:
- Cleaning is an ease with all washable parts being dishwasher safe.
- WineGas capsules are used by the Genesis, each capsule can preserve up to 12 bottles (A larger size is available).
- You can preserve any number of bottles with the Genesis as long as you have an additional Intellicork for the bottle.
- This is the only machine designed to preserve both Still and Sparkling wines.
