Hey RACHAEL PINEIRO, you can fix gray x’s on Desktop Icons in Windows 10 error by changing the file’s Permissions. From here in the General tab, press on the option of Unblock in front of Security and tap on the option that states Apply or OK. Now see in case the grey X’s issue is fixed or not. In the end, tap on the option of Disable Inheritance button and wait for all the permissions to apply, and see if the issue has been fixed yet or not.
