I’ve given them as gifts to many many people and I always get the biggest and most heartfelt thank-yous from the recipients. I recently received this absolutely gorgeous Bishop Dress with Pearls. It comes in sizes 3 months through 24 months and in White, Pink and White with Pink accents. Along with this darling dress, I received a matching headband.

The yoke of the dress has diamond smocking and the collar and sleeve cuffs feature sharp fagotting trim (a type of embroidery that is created by pulling out horizontal threads from a fabric and then tying the remaining cross threads into groups of an hourglass shape). On top of the smocking and above the hem, there are dainty daisy bullions (very very fine metal thread shaped like a flower and tightly wrapped with embroidery thread), each topped with a pearl.

This Bishop Dress would be perfect for almost any special occasion. Baby’s first Valentine’s Day, Easter, a Christening, or for a precious little one’s Birthday Portrait.
