Cultures For Health is a great company. They have lots of starter products, including: yogurt, cheese, and sourdough bread.
Making cheese was fun. We took our time, to do it right. It was something my daughter, age 17, and I did together. I had so much fun, because it was time spent together, super easy, & yummy.
The cheese making process was easy enough for my 17 year old daughter, Sarah, to pick up on.
The kit, to the left, includes:
4 oz. Citric Acid
Which is enough for 10 batches of cheese. The entire time to make cheese is only 1-3 hours. That includes the wait time to get firm.
Would you like to learn to make cheese, or know someone who would? Here is the link.
Sourdough is Gluten Free and shipped in a dehydrated shelf-stable format and ready for use in 3-5 days.
There are plenty of recipes on Cultures for Health website for the Sourdough, as well.
The Sourdough Starter kits can be found here.
