This particular son-in-law, needs extra support for his head and neck. He had a brain tumor and during the surgery to remove it, his spinal cord was nicked. This incident caused him to lose the use of his right hand, along with having limited use of his right leg and having weekend neck muscles. Long car rides can be very tiresome and uncomfortable for him.
The Cardiff Travel Headrest is well made, and we found it extremely easy to put together and install. There aren’t even any tools required. It has a universal mount which means that it will work in all makes and models of cars or trucks, that have existing headrests. Once installed, both children and adults can easily move the head rests down when needed and back up when they aren’t(even while seated and buckled in). Of course, instructions come with the product and for additional help, there is an assembly and installation video on the website.
