I love Frieling, and when I received the Diamond Plus Fry Pan with Lid, I went crazy. I love this fry pan. My daughter is jealous. She wants this frying pan, but I’m not giving it up. It’s my Mother’s Day present.
The nonstick coating is diamond reinforced, and nothing sticks to this frying pan. I do mean nothing. I spray lightly with butter, but just lightly, and the non stick surface really stays non stick. I never spray during cooking. And, you don’t have to spray, it’s completely non stick. My mother in law has just taught me to Always spray, that’s the only reason I do.
You will get even heating and browning, every time. You will get heat retention every time, and so on. You can check out more at the above, or below, links. I would definitely recommend the Diamond Plus Fry Pan to everyone, and anyone, that I know. This really is one of my favorite products. I will buy another one, for my daughter, when she moves out. She has 4 years though, til she graduates college. So, I have 4 years.
