While absorbing the news and thankful to be free from pain, I spent the following months listening to my doctors’ order and took it easy to avoid any complications.
Almost a year and a half after surgery I feel better than ever and ready to share my knowledge in more ways than one. Understanding the importance of being and staying healthy has come second nature, especially since becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in 2004. Today, I’m here to work with women who need that extra encouragement, motivation, and transformation in their lives.
