Why Visit Orlando For Your Next Holiday?

0

After many of us have spent the past year staring at the four walls in our home, finally staring into space has transcended into a hopeful dream for the future of seeing and engaging with the outside world again.

Because of this, there is a good chance many options are flying through our heads about what we might want to do as soon as we are allowed.

For those of us that have followed lockdown rules to the tee and have resisted making any trips too far from home, then take a read of this blog and see why Orlando might be the next best destination for you.

Iconic Theme Parks

If you are someone that loves to be spun upside down, twirled around, and feel like your stomach has been left behind you, then there is a good chance that you love theme parks!

Orlando is the home for theme parks, offering almost any ride you could dream of trying out.

Universal’s Islands of Adventure, Universal Orlando Resort, Universal’s Volcano Bay, and Walt Disney World are just some of the incredible theme parks you can enjoy when taking a trip to Orlando.

Incredible Scenery

Even those among us who live in the most beautiful places need a change of scenery from time to time, especially if that scenery is the only one, we have been able to look at for almost a year. Orlando Florida attractions offer some incredible sights, such as Bok Tower gardens, which show off an incredible garden of nature in a peaceful atmosphere. Or maybe you would prefer something a little more interactive, such as Giraffe Ranch! This incredible working farm will allow you to experience feeding a giraffe and witness some other incredible animals in a natural habitat. If you love being near water, then why not scout out some of the more hidden gems of Orlando, such as a scenic boat tour in Winter Park, complete with information on the history of Winter Park and some stunning views.

It is an Animal Lovers Home

As well as the above, Orlando has so many other animal sanctuaries, farms, and places where you can interact with animals, it can be hard to pick what on earth to do first! If you are a dolphin lover or want to see sea life thriving, skip SeaWorld and head over to Crystal River Watersports. Here you can enjoy a 90-minute eco-tour where you can see animals living their best lives, including manatees!

For those who are looking for something a little more daring in the animal kingdom, brace yourself and visit Gatorland. This unique place spans 100 acres, boasting thousands of alligators and crocodiles. Do not worry! You do not have to get too close – there is an observation tower so you can watch them from a distance, or for those who want to do something a little more daring, there is also a zip line that will take you straight over the alligators!
