Viking is an appliance company, that carries all major appliances. However, they now carry absolutely cool bakeware.
Viking bakeware is awesome. I put my spray in it, and I made muffins, in the cupcake pan. They didn’t stick at all, as a matter of fact, they slid out of the pan, with ease.
My mother in law made a pie, in the pan, to the left. It didn’t stick either. She said when they cut it, it came right out of the pan, losing no crust. Even when that first piece usually breaks, hers didn’t.
