If you’re looking for a no fail pie that will be gone as fast as you pull it from the oven, then this is the pie for you. Every year my mother in law bakes a pie similar to this one. And, every year I bake several pies myself. Nothing fancy, and always something different. But, ever year she bakes her famous blender pie and it’s the first thing gone. People actually fight over this pie. They hurry and eat their main course just so they can be sure that they get a piece of this pie. Does, it hurt my feelings? YES! So, I came up with my own blender pie and my hubby said it was just as good if not better than his mommies. 🙂 Yay me!
You really don’t need a lot of ingredients for this pie either. Plus NO CRUST IS NEEDED!
Simply take all the ingredients and put them into the blender. Blend for approximately 4-5 minutes.
Once you’ve blended all the ingredients well, pour into a greased and floured pie pan. (NO CRUST NEEDED)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes or until firm. If it’s still to jiggly bake 10 minutes longer or until firm.
Serve warm or cold. I prefer mine chilled. Enjoy…
- 8oz Philadelphia Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Bisquick
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- Put all ingredients into the blend and blend for about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour into a greased and floured pie pan ( NO CRUST NEEDED)
- Bake @ 350 degrees for one hour. (or until set)
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and server warm or cold.
