In my family I host all the holiday and special occasion events. That means I get to do all the party and meal planning. Call me crazy, but I love it. I live for it. It’s just a part of me and it’s what I love to do. Although, there are times when it just seems like too much work for one person. I’m always on the lookout for easier ways to pull these family gatherings together. One of those ways was recently discovered. This past Thanksgiving I used the Architech Stackable Appetizer Maker, and boy it was a big success. First, it made my day a lot easier and second it turned out fabulous. I didn’t use the amazing recipe booklet that comes with it. Instead I just invented my own. However, I do plan to make many of the appetizers from the recipe booklet on Christmas!

On Thanksgiving I made my famous chicken salad and then I rolled out Pillsbury Crescents Rolls making them flat like a pizza and cooked them. Once the crescents rolls were done I used the Stackable Appetizer Maker to pull the appetizer together. I first cut the crescent rolls to fit nicely on the Appetizer maker then layers it with chicken salad and I repeated this step ending with the crescent rolls as the last layer. They were DELICIOUS! And to put these little tasty appetizer together it took me less then five-minutes before I was able to serve my guest.

Watch this video below and you will see for yourself how easy this nifty kitchen gadget is.
