I went shopping this past weekend. After all I needed some clothes that fit! I’ve lost 18lbs since starting the Nurtisystem 28 Day program. Thank you Nutrisystem for all you do for people like me!
Now, I didn’t buy a lot of new clothes because I plan to lose more weight. But I simply couldn’t walk around in clothes that didn’t fit me anymore!
I’ve been doing more walking, trying to lose those extra pounds and become hearth healthy at the same time. The heat wave that has hovered over Ohio these past fee weeks assisted in my sweating off a pound or two!
My husband also recently started the Nutrisystem program and is doing wonderful. He’s still at the beginning faze and learning all the ropes to eating healthy. But so far, so good. You can read his reviews on his blog at Route249.
