I love As Seen On TV products. They are extremely useful and make I recently had the opportunity to review two hot new items for this Christmas. We were sent Chillow and Air Curler to review free of charge.
I was very excited when I found out that I would be reviewing the Chillow Cooling Pad. The Chillow Cooling Pad is a must have product for those that do not get a comfortable nights sleep because it is too hot. I am one of those people! The Chillow Cooling Pad continuously circulates water to absorb and release body heat. Once activated, the Chillow Cooling Pad will stay cooler than your body temperature. You can use the Chillow Cooling Pad 4 different ways when sleeping.
Cool: Use the Chillow Cooling Pad cloth side up on your pillow.
Cooler: Use the Chillow Cooling Pad shiny side up inside pillow.
Even Cooler: Use the Chillow Cooling Pad shiny side on your pillow.
Coolest: Place the Chillow Cooling Pad in the refrigerator for 15 – 30 minutes.
The first thing I noticed about Chillow is that it is perfect for travel as well as at home. The Chillow has so many different uses. You can also use it as a cooling pad for migraines, fevers, achy muscles and more. If you would like more information or if you would like to purchase the Chillow, please visit the Chillow Website. The Chillow is also available for purchase at fine retailers such as Walmart and Target.
The next product I was sent was the Air Curler. I was very excited when I found out that I would be reviewing the Air Curler because I have very thin straight hair. The Air Curler is a must have product for anyone that loves having curly hair without the hassle. The first thing I noticed about Air Curler is that it is so light. I was afraid that it would be heavy and my arm would get tired after a few minutes. The Air Curler is perfect for all hair textures and very easy to use. The most important step is to make sure your roots are dry and your hair is damp. Allowing your hair to completely dry and using a spray bottle with water worked great. Since I have very fine and straight hair I used curl activator styling product before I started. I also separated my hair into equal sections so that it would be easier and faster when using the Air Curler. You should always start at the back of your head and work your way to the front. When using the Air Curler ONLY use your hairdryer on medium heat with high wind speed. Failure to do so can cause your hairdryer to over heat. Now start taking one section of hair at a time and place into the bowl. Continue until you have curled all sections. Over all I like the concept of the Air Curler. It did take a shorter time than when I use a curling iron. I did notice that my curls did not last as long as they usually do but I still really like it.
