Have listed many benefits out here, but the most common ones are low cholestrol and better insulin levels, I was doing a dissertation last time and wrote on the benefits of consuming whole grains and how it can be beneficial while I was helped out by how to write a dissertation

I absolutely agree that whole grains are healthy to eat in a day-to-day lifestyle. Having an A2 cow’s milk is also healthy; A2 Milk from the indigenous (desi) Indian cow is easily digestible.
