Mungi Bands are Jewelry with a Twist (and soooo much more)! They were named a Top Toy of 2012! Each uniquely designed band section has a magnet embedded into the end.
This allows you to make a bracelet, necklace, anklet, headband, tag your bike or backpack and even hang pictures on your locker of fridge. And most importantly they all interconnect so design combinations are limitless!

My son has thousands of silly bands that he hasn’t worn in over a year. When I was given the chance to review Mungi Bands, I knew these would be a big hit with him and his other 4th grade friends. Apparently, silly bands are so last year. Mungi Bands are the new cool thing for kids.
The two packs that we received are pictured above. The sports ones are great for boys and the other “text words” are great for either boys or girls. My son had them on and mixed and matched in a matter of minutes. He wore all 3 bracelets to school the first day he had them. The magnets are strong enough that the bracelets never came apart at all during his busy school day. I must say, he liked them too much that he didn’t want to share them with his friends. He was very excited to be the first kid in his class to have Mungi bands! We know what all his friends want for their birthdays now.
After he mixed and matched the bracelets for a few days, he used all of them to make a necklace and wore that for the next few days. The only time he has taken them off is to shower or sleep. Kids are so funny when they get attached to things!
What other things can you do with Mungis? Trade them, share them, collect them, be creative with them. I tried using one in my hair as a hair tie, it held up pretty good actually. You can even use them to hang things off the door handles, your desk at school, and even use them to decorate the outside of your water bottle.
