My Nutrisystem Diet Week 9 #MBSNutriSystem

1

I’ve become a pizza addict! Which is ironic in itself, since I’ve never really been all that big on pizza in the first place! For some reason this month, I ordered a ton of Pizza on my Nutrisystem program. I’ve been experimenting with different ways to spice it up so I’m not experience the same flavors everyday and ending up board.
I’ve chopped up a ton of different veggies and stored them nicely in their containers and placed them in the refrigerator for easy access. Because the pizza is already cooked and only needs heated in order to eat it, i steam the veggies before heating the pizza, I then place the veggies on the pizza before I microwave it and it turns out perfect every-time.

You can use this technique with a lot of the different Nutrisystem meals. Just make sure you follow the Nutrisystem guidelines in your resource book and you’ll be all set to add some flair to your meals. .
I did break my diet just a little this past week as we had a million 4th of July parties to attend. But I kept it as healthy as I possibly cold. I think i may be the reason my weight stayed stationary this week. That’s right, I didn’t lose a pound this week, but the best news is, I didn’t gain one either!

If you have any tips you’d like to share with me, just leave a comment below I’d be happy to give them a try.

Tip of the week:

Add a some health toppings to your pizza for a delirious meal!
