I’ve made it though 5 whole weeks of the Nutrisystem program. It’s been an amazing journey so far. By the end of week 4 I lost 12 lbs.
My family has made it though a major crises these past couple of weeks. My mother suffered a mild heart attach and developed pneumonia on top of it. I’m happy to report that she is recovering well, aside from the fact that she also ended up getting Shingles (chicken pox) too!
And even though I’m her primary caregiver, I noticed it was really easy for me to stay on track with the Nutrisystem program. I did have to eat out a couple of times the first few days of her hospitalization, but I tried to utilize the skills I’ve developed over the past few weeks from the Nutrisystem program. As a result, I’m happy to report that I didn’t GAIN any weight, but lost 2lbs! Super excited about this amazing program.
It looks like I’ll be fitting into that size 6 again by the the end of this program. YAY ME!
