Little Ones Learn to Ride with Strider

Learning to ride a bike is a time honored passage in life. It isn’t always the easiest thing to learn to do, and it can be hard on parents (or caregivers) who aren’t in the best of shape.  I certainly know that I would not be up to running along side of a bike, holding on to the seat with at least one hand. Strider bikes makes learning to ride so much easier on all parties involved!

Lightweight Balance Bikes for kids as young as 18 Months

Strider Mission:

At Strider®, we love riding bikes and we love inspiring kids to ride. Our mission is to build lightweight, efficient, all-terrain bikes that build two-wheeled balance, coordination, and confidence in children.

Strider has so many colors to choose from and bikes are fitted for your child’s specific need. Find a size that is just right, for your child from 18 months through 11 years and up. Now, with the addition of “snow skis”, children across the country can enjoy their Strider bike all year round!  Is this not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen.

Design:

STRIDER balance bikes are the result of 8 years of development, manufacturing improvements, riding, observation, testing, and even racing. When you purchase a STRIDER, you buy into the ‘club’ that is TEAM STRIDER, you become one of the early adopters that are changing the paradigm of how kids learn to ride and setting the new standard at how young children explore the world on two wheels.

Striders 12″ sport Bike is their #1 selling bike. It is designed for children from 18 months to 5 years.  The seats and handlebars are adjustable and require no tools. (My son was able to adjust the size for my grand son, in a matter of a minute or two.) It is lightweight, to make it extra easy for toddlers to control. The seat is padded and the XL post is great for taller riders. This model comes in 7 colors.

12inbikeEVA polymer (industrial foam) tires are super light and durable yet offer a smooth ride. Best of all, they never need air and will never go flat.

Strider is the perfect choice for special needs children of all ages.

Although the STRIDER was not originally designed as an adaptive needs bike, it has proven to be the perfect bike for people with special needs.  The STRIDER is different in that it’s not a bike with clunky unstable training wheels, or a heavy tricycle you can’t take anywhere-it’s an awesome bike for kids, including children with disabilities.

Need a STRIDER Bike or accessories for Christmas? Make sure to order before next Monday (12/14/15) to guarantee delivery in time to get it wrapped and under the tree!
