The goal of WhyDoesMyDog.com is to help others benefit from the Founder, Aly DelaCour, and her years of successes and, yes, failures as a dog trainer. Duke was the first dog that Aly worked with and the driving force behind her learning more about methods of dog training. He was a death row dog who needed a second chance and someone to take the time to really understand him. Aly studied with some of the best animal behaviorists in the world and does not subscribe to a particular methodology. Every situation is different, so don’t be surprised if you see more than one way to solve a problem or accomplish a goal!
