We can get anything delivered nowadays. In her Netflix special, comedian Nicole Byer has a full joke about how you can Postmates a singular bottle of Ranch.

And while you’re probably ordering more of that as the head of your family, it’s a testament to what’s possible post-pandemic. Many moms are choosing to take grocery trip runs off their plate with grocery delivery or pickup services.

But with more options comes questions, like which are the best grocery delivery apps? Which subscription do I buy? We can’t tell you what’s right for you and your family, but we have the scoop for you on your options below.

1. Instacart

Arguably the most famous grocery delivery app, Instacart was one of the first third-party companies to do grocery delivery. They deliver from stores like Target, Grocery stores, pet stores, liquor stores, and even beauty stores (like Sephora) in some markets.

The stores available vary by region and market size. The best deal on Instacart (to avoid assorted fees that add up quick) is their Instacart Express membership. Families can choose to pay $9.99 a month or $99 a year, which gets you faster service and no delivery charges on orders more than $35.

You will need to tip your Instacart shopper each time, whether you get the membership or not.

2. Shipt

If Instacart is the star of the movie, Shipt is the supporting character. It came to the market a few years after the previous app but quickly grew in popularity. Its prices are similar to Instacart, $100 for a year membership, but $14 a month if you choose to break up your payments.

One benefit of Shipt is that if there are 24-hr stores in your market, you may be able to get delivery any time of day. It depends on how many shoppers are in your area and when they decide to work.

Please tip your Shipt shopper for their service.

3. Target Drive Up

While it’s not technically delivery (you can get Target delivered from both apps above), every woman over thirty understands the value of Target drive up. It has some of the best online groceries, and the app is easy to use.

Drive-up only takes a few minutes, and it’s on your way home anyway. Plus, it’s free and, according to Target, always will be.

4. Amazon Prime Now

Of course, Mr. Bezos had to get in on the grocery delivery game. Prime now is included with your Amazon Hey th. As long as your order isn’t over $35, then there are no delivery fees. Some markets have the option to expedite delivery for about $10.

Grocery Delivery Apps: Which Will You Choose?

Now that you have the skinny on the grocery delivery apps available do some digging and see if they have any signup bonuses. Shipt and Instacart are so similar in both price and quality that we would sign up for whichever made it more worth our while.

Mobile apps will improve Customer Engagement. For customers, they must be heard and have an easy form of communication. Customers often communicate wanting to know the answer to a question regarding your service or their order. Or they want to complain. Mobile App design and development makes both these processes much easier for everyone; with the idea being that the quicker a customer can communicate their concerns and receive a response, the less likely they are to leave a bad review.
