This Ghost will help you to sleep #GhostBed

Research has proven that a good night’s sleep is important to our health.  Not only is sleep imperative for a healthy mind, but the body too. Studies have shown that during sleep your body is working on healing your heart and blood vessels. Not to mention sleep deprivation has been linked to an increase in obesity and a decrease in your body’s immune response. The biggest contributing factor to getting a good night’s sleep is a bed.

I have had quite a few beds myself, anything from soft to firm. I find that most of the beds on the market fall in either the too soft or too firm category. I have spent tons and tons of time searching for a perfect match between soft and firm. I want something that will offer the soft plush feel to help me fall asleep, but without being so soft that I wake up with aches and pain. To be honest inner spring mattresses offer nothing for me, every one that I have had gave me mornings full of pain.

Recently however I have gotten to try the GhostBed. At first I thought it would be like the other memory foam beds and would offer little support. But I was proven wrong. After just one night I knew I had found the bed for me. I love the soft top layer of latex memory foam allows me to sink into the gel layer beneath. I have never in my life experienced such comfort in a bed before. I love that it keeps me cool and also has a plush yet supportive feel to it. My favorite part about this awesome GhostBed is that it is manufactured in the United States! I love my new GhostBed and look forward to years of great night’s sleep ahead.
