I love peanut butter cookies! And my favorite is gluten free! So much better than the flour full version…
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Sooooo good! They just melt in your mouth. I’m sure they would be good with chia seeds as well!

Just had to start a gluten, egg, & dairy free diet. So I don’t have a favorite recipe yet I am wanting to try out chia seeds as an egg substitute.

My favorite cookie recipe is the classic peanut butter cookie. It’s even better with a Hershey Kiss on top!
