As most of you know I started the Nutrisystem diet last week. All in all it hasn’t been that bad. I’ve lost 3.5 lbs so far and I’m super excited about this. I can see my goal on the horizon!
I’m a lazy eater, meaning I tend to eat items I can just grab and go. Thankfully Nutrisystem has meals are just that easy. Even the dinners and a quick pop in the microwave and ready to eat in just minutes.
Of course no one is going to like ALL the food. But for the most part I’m pretty happy with the selection.
My favorite breakfast item the Nutrisystem Blueberry Muffin.
My Favorite lunch item is the Nutrisystem Roasted Veggie Pizza.
And my favorite dinner item is the Nutrisystem Ravioli Formaggio.
Each week I will update you on my progress and how the Nutrisystem diet is working for me.
PS: I don’t really consider this a diet. It feels like I’m eating nonstop! But it seems to be working. 🙂
