Nature Made-Superior Health Made Simple

Getting healthy and staying healthy can often prove to be a challenge. Most of us don’t even know where to begin. I personally want to be like my husband, he’s the picture of health. He doesn’t smoke, drink or eat foods that are high in fat or cholesterol. and he takes Vitamins religiously. He has a routine, and he’s used it for years. I look at him and I think, that could be me too, if only I’d lived by the same health rules.

Every morning he gets up, takes out his daily does of VitaMelts and he consumes them as he gets ready for work. By the time he walks out the door, he’s taking all his vitamins and is ready to start his day. Each night when he returns home after a long day at the office, he puts on you workout gear and starts the second part of his daily health regimen.

Fascinated, and a bit jealous of my husbands ability to take proper care of himself all these years, I decided to interview him and find out how he does it.

Interview with Mark Dennis:

Q: You’re the picture of health, everyday you workout, take your vitamins and eat right. What keeps you on this amazing health path?

A. I watched my dads health deteriorate rapidly, he was smoker, he drank socially, he didn’t workout, and he ate what he wanted. The older he got, the more dependent he became on others. His bones were brittle, he lungs were bad and he caught every cold that came around with each season. I’m determined to be in better health as I age.

Q. After a long day at work, aren’t you to tired to workout?

A. Sometimes, yes. But i treat my health like my job. If I don’t show up, I get fired. It’s really simple, If I don’t take care of myself and I’m sick and sore all the time, how am I going to make it to work everyday. And how and I going to live to be the ripe old age of at least 80 and still be able to park in the back of the shopping center parking lot or walk though the store without the assistants of a motorized chair or cane? It’s all about what’s important to you. My health is important to me.

Q. Why do you take Nature Made® VitaMelts™ vs. the other guys?

A. I used to take the other guys, but they required more “work”. With Nature Made® VitaMelts™ I can simply pop one in my mouth and it melts. No water need. If I’m running late for work, I can take them in the car. Plus, they taste great and  like that too. I also like that I don’t have to worry about swallowing wrong and have them get stuck in my throat.

Q. What do you recommend for someone like me that wants to get started on a healthier lifestyle, but really doesn’t know where to begin?

A. Start out slow. Take vitamins, Nature Made® VitaMelts™ are perfect because you don’t feel like you’re taking a pill everyday. Choose healthier foods. If running is too much for you, take a brisk walk. And get a good nights sleep. Once you’ve master these small baby-steps you can add to your routine by adding moving around more.

In the weeks since this interview, I’ve taken my husbands advice and began my own health routine. I start each day off  with my  Nature Made® VitaMelts™. When my husband returns form work I go on a hike in our woods with him and then of course he goes off on a jog. I’m not ready to jog yet, but I plan on getting there.

I’ve found that taking vitamins aren’t so bad after all. Like hubby said, with Nature Made® VitaMelts™ “it’s not like taking a pill everyday, they melt in your mouth”. I like that.

Nature Made® VitaMelts™ are vitamin supplements. They are all natural and offer a wide range of supplements. They are even available in packs, including diabetic packs.

Nature Made® VitaMelts™ are a new “one of a kind”, enjoyable way to take your vitamins because they melt in your mouth and taste great. Discover how new Nature Made® VitaMelts™ can transform your vitamin taking experience by making it enjoyable. Visit us at NatureMade.com/VitaMelts to learn more.
