The Skinny is to be steeped every morning–it has a light green tea flavor, and I enjoy adding lemon to mine. It gives me the energy to start my day and didn’t feel the need to drink any coffee. The other blend is the Colon, it’s to be steeped every other night, and is the power behind the detox. It works to release the toxins built up in your body for years. I woke up, used the bathroom a couple times, and went about my day feeling lighter. It’s amazing how different you feel with no bloating, or feeling weighed-down.
You definitely don’t have to purchase this package with weightloss in mind–I did it to feel better and it helped. A lot.
Next I tried the Relax tea, it is a chamomile blend with lavender and I usually drink this on the nights that I don’t have the Colon. It’s purpose is to improve quality of sleep. As a mom any amount of sleep is never enough–but I felt like this helped me relax, unwind, and fall asleep faster.
Lastly, I steeped each of these blends in my TeaMi Tumbler. This unique cup is double lined, so it’s not hot, has a small storage compartment for extra tea leaves on the bottom, and a strainer to catch the loose leaf tea so you don’t drink it. 🙂 It’s easy to take on-the-go and makes an undeniable statement.
