Like many Americans, dieting has been a revolving door in my life: especially the last five years of my life. When I look in the mirror, I tell myself it’s time to get in shape. Time to do it now before it gets worse. I’ll make a plan, get started and before I know it I’m stuffing myself with some good old fashion comfort food. Really, I do this without even thinking about it.
Recently, I decided it was time to stop making excuses for my behavior and get the job done! On St. Patrick’s Day, I purchased the Chuck Norris Total Gym system! And it was HALF OFF THAT DAY! Lucky me! I was a little concerned about exercising as I’ve had 3 major back surgeries and have pins, rods, and screws holding my vertebra in place. But, so far the Total Gym has been a big blessing. I can easily work out and not feel any stress on my back at ALL!
The reason I finally took the plunge and shelled out the money for this expensive piece of equipment is because I’ve been giving the opportunity to try the NurtiSystem program for 4 MONTHS! Now, I really have no excuse not to get into shape.
