I’ve just finished week 3 of my Nutrisystem journey and so far, I’m very pleased with the results. I’ve lost 8lbs so far! YAY ME!
Like I said in Week 2 of my Nutrisystem diet, while they call it a “diet” I don’t. When I think of a diet, I think of nearly starving myself to death to reach my goal. With the Nutrisystem program I’m always totally FULL!
So far, it’s been an amazing journey and by far the easiest of it’s kind. Nutrisystem has laid out every detail of this endeavor in order to help me successfully succeed.And I must say, I’m positive I will reach my goal.
I’ve learned a thing or two about eating right. And I’ve leaned to stop just grabbing easy food out of laziness. Which has always been a big habit of mine.
I want to share with you some of the foods I tried and liked this past week.
For breakfast the Blueberry muffins is scrumptious and filling.
For lunch I loved the. Margherita Pizza.
