Health, Energy, and Focus with Mobius Breakfast Drink

1

I am not sure about you but I seem to lack focus at the most important times.  I have tried to eat breakfast but normally it doesn’t sound very good, and I have been trying to cut out bread and unnecessary foods.  When I read about Mobius Breakfast drink I felt that it was worth trying.  I sit at a computer many, many hours a day and sometimes I can feel myself wanting to fall asleep.  I need the mental alertness that comes after having something healthy for breakfast.

Mobius Breakfast drink comes in Dark Chocolate at this time.  I will be honest because it’s base in the powder if coconut milk you want to be prepared.  It doesn’t taste bad, but I had to get used to it at first.  If you are someone that already drinks coconut milk it will not seem different to you at all.

What is in Mobius?

A mobius strip is a one dimensional object represented in three dimensions. When viewing a mobius strip it looks as if it has two sides when in fact it only has one. We at Mobius Nutrition believe that the same can be said for the relation between the mind and body. While many treat them as separate entities, they are one and the same. By benefiting the mind you benefit the body, and by benefitting the body you benefit the mind.

All of our products are based on this belief and are made with ingredients meant to benefit both mind and body.

What ingredients are in Mobius?

Nootropics (/noʊ.əˈtrɒpɨks/ noh-ə-TROP-iks)—also called smart drugs, memory enhancers, neuro enhancers, cognitive enhancers, and intelligence enhancers—are drugs, supplements, nutraceuticals, andfunctional foods that improve one or more aspects of mental function.   –Google

L-Carnitine – 1,000mg
According to the National Institutes of Health, L-Carnitine is an amino acid that transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria of the body’s cells. The cells then burn this fat to produce energy. This is extremely useful as the majority of calories in Mobius Breakfast come from coconut fat. All of this will keep your brain energized throughout your morning.

Gotu kola – 500mg
Comes from the Eastern medicine family, and is an herbal stress reliever. Studies published in the Nepal Medical College Journal and theJournal of Ethnopharmacology found that participants who took gotu kola had reduced stress and increased cognition.  — (this is an important ingredient as we all have stress, and believe me, anything that helps I am interested in trying)

Ashwagandha – 200mg
Ashwagandha is found in India and is a herb used in Ayurvedic Medicine. In two double-blind, placebo-controlled studies published in the Indian Journal of Phsychiatry(2), Ashwagandha was shown to decrease anxiety. —(another ingredient that is useful as I know there are many people that suffer from anxiety these days.)

Rhodiola rosea – 300mg
A herb that helps reduce mental fatigue.  Studies were done with students and with physicians and showed that Rhodiola reduces the mental fatigue that the subjects experienced in stressful environments. The studies were both published in Phytomedicine: International Journal of Phytotherapy and Phytopharmacology. —(another great ingredient that helps with mental fatigue which is normally attributed to stress/anxiety.)
