                                                                                   About Cub Snacks

Andy KavanaghjpgAs a kid, I was a picky eater, but circumstances forced me to spend a lot of time figuring out how to cook after the early loss of my mother.

I’d never cooked a meal in my life, and having an amazing Dad who was working hard to support 4 kids, I had the choice of either eating microwave fries, take-out and Fish pie for eternity or learning how to cook real food.

I considered myself lucky to realize the fun and importance of cooking and baking from an early age, particularly when I went to university and realized that most of my peers cooking skills were limited to baking frozen pizza.

Everyone’s busier these days and most people don’t have the time to source, prepare and cook with their kids. So I created Cub Snacks to help families learn about and enjoy Healthy, Fun baking without the disasters I experienced.

If you’re short on time or knowledge don’t worry, we’ve designed our snack project kits to educate, entertain, be easy to complete but most importantly, to taste great. Cub Snacks includes every ingredient you need so there’s no question of visiting multiple shops and buying in bulk to bake one project.

Our goal is to make it fun for your kids to bake, instilling healthy skills that will last a lifetime and allow you to raise a happy, healthy and educated family, even when time is short.
