I love the design of this pressure cooker.
I have never used a pressure cooker before. It sounds like it would be perfect for our roasts. My boyfriend usually cooks a roast once a week or so. Last time it was a bit dry (don’t tell him!). Sounds like that wouldn’t be a problem if we used this pressure cooker!
